ホテルだ。空港の敷地外なのでオランダNS鉄道を利用してスキポール空港駅の隣駅ホーフドドルプ(Hoofddorp)駅前に立地するこのホテルからは、RW24からの離陸シーンの撮影が可能であり、プレーン・スポッティングも楽しめる。防音対策済みの各客室にはエアコン、国際チャンネル付きテレビ、ワークデスク、紅茶/コーヒーメーカー、アイロン等が備わり、バスルームにはウォークインシャワーが常設。勿論、無料WiFiが提供されている。

また、併設のレストラン＆バーは毎朝食（無料）を含め軽食のサービスや夜はアルコール等を楽しめるスペースもありゆっくりと滞在することが可能である。空港ターミナルのショッピングエリア（Schiphol Plaza）との連絡シャトルは運行されていないが、レンタカー利用者は広い駐車場を1日€17.5で利用が可能である。アムステルダムの観光中心部までもホーフドドルプ駅から直通電車で20分と観光のアクセスも申し分のないホテルである。

The Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam Schiphol hotel is a hotel for European spotters. The hotel is off the airport grounds and is located in front of Hoofddorp station, next to Schiphol Airport station on the Dutch NS railway line, making it possible to film take-off scenes from RW24 and enjoy plain spotting. Each soundproofed room is equipped with air conditioning, TV with international channels, work desk, tea/coffee making facilities, iron, etc., and the bathroom has a permanent walk-in shower. Of course, free WiFi is provided.

The restaurant and bar offers free breakfast every morning, light snacks and alcohol in the evenings. There is no shuttle service to and from the airport terminal shopping area (Schiphol Plaza), but a large car park is available for rental car users for € 17.5 per day. The hotel has perfect access to Amsterdam's tourist centre, which is only 20 minutes away by direct train from Hoofddorp station.
